Day 1: Arrival in Cochin – Transfer to Alleppey (85 Kms / 2 Hrs 40 Mins) Upon arrival at Cochin Airport, you’ll be driven to Alleppey. In the afternoon, visit Alleppey Beach and then check into the houseboat by noon. Enjoy a cruise through the legendary backwaters of Kerala, witnessing a variety of life and activities along the way. Spend the night in the houseboat, a private boat with fully furnished spacious bedrooms, a hygienic kitchen, a dining area, and a private front deck to capture the beauty of the backwaters.
Day 2: Alleppey – Munnar (175 Kms/4 Hrs) Check out from the houseboat and transfer to Munnar by a pre-booked car. En route, visit Cheyyara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls, Attukadu Waterfalls, and Spice Plantations. Spend the rest of the day sightseeing in Munnar and stay overnight.
Day 3: Munnar Sightseeing After breakfast, proceed to Rajamala (Eravikulam National Park) – home to the highly endangered mountain goats – the Nilgiri Thars. Visit Lakkam Waterfalls, Echo Point, Shooting Point, and Mattupetty Dam. Speed boating facilities are available here. The dam is surrounded by forests and a vast expanse of grassland on one side and the Kundala tea plantation on the other. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 4: Munnar – Cochin (140 Kms/4 Hrs) Check out from the hotel and proceed to Cochin for sightseeing, including the Chinese Fishing Net, Mattanchery Palace, Marine Drive, and Santa Cruz Basilica. Enjoy some shopping before being dropped off at Cochin airport/railway station for your onward journey.
