To confirm your booking, you will need to make full payment as per your itineraries at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods.
2. Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel your tour, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will depend on the period of notice given prior to the date of commencement of the tour. As per our cancellation policy, refunds will be made.

Participants acknowledge that the tour involves inherent risks and hazards, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the tour. Participant assumes all risk associated with the tour.
4. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety while on tour. It is recommended that participants have travel insurance, vaccinations, and other medical requirements if necessary follow all health precision made by the government before traveling
5. Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to change or cancel any tour at any time. In such cases, we will inform the participants and provide alternative options. If you would like to make any changes to your itinerary, please contact us immediately. Subject to availability and additional charges, we will do our best to fulfill your request.
At Sevendestination.com, we strive to provide you with the best possible travel experience. However, in the event of circumstances beyond our control, we may be required to levy a surcharge. This surcharge will be notified to you in advance and will cover any additional expenses incurred as a result of force majeure circumstances. We will make every effort to keep the surcharge as low as possible and provide you with a detailed breakdown of the charges.
7. Passports & Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and the required visa for your chosen destination. At Sevendestination.com, we can guide you through the visa application process, but we cannot be responsible for delays or denial of entry due to problems with your documents.
8. Early Check-in / Late Check-out
We understand that early check-in and late check-out may occur, and early check-in and late check-out fees apply. We will inform you in advance about any additional charges also we are not sure if you will get the room, it is subject to availability
We do not have any insurance policy which covers the expenses due to accident, illness, loss due to theft or any other reason. Visitors are advised to obtain such insurance arrangements on their own or from us. All items of baggage and personal property are always at the customer’s risk. At Sevendestination.com, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen events such as cancellations or medical emergencies. We can provide you with guidance on the insurance options available, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate coverage.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Tour, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, is owned and reserved by us.
12. Government Laws
We follow the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Tourism of India. Any dispute arising out of the Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the jurisdiction of India.
Severability: If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by the existing terms and conditions.
14. Our Liability
For any loss, damage, or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly as a result of any act of God, perils, accident, fire, machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, war, civil disturbance, or strike We will not be held liable, riots, theft, burglary, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, defaults, or any other cause beyond our control with respect to any accommodation, transportation, or other services. Please Note: We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
All hotels, buses, and other facilities listed in the tour are not owned or controlled by the company. Thus, we are not responsible as we are the tour operator of the package. If neither is the fault of the business, the supplier, or the agents.

Where failures are inevitable or unrecoverable and not through the fault of a third party relating to the supply of the holiday.
If failures are caused by force majeure or unforeseen events beyond your control.

16. Your Responsibilities
As a traveller using Sevendestination.com, you have certain obligations. They include providing accurate information when making your reservation and obeying any laws and ordinances in effect at your destination, and acting responsibly and respectfully toward other travelers, the local population, and the environment.
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles with tour operators. For those who wish to smoke, frequent stops can be established and All accommodations will be booked as per your requirement in case you need a smoking room you need to inform us while booking.
18. Data Protection Act
It is necessary for us to ask you for some personal information. Examples of this would be dietary needs, disability/medical or information, etc. This information will be given to our hotel and transport partners if they need to know this information to complete their quotations. This information will be kept confidential and available to you for inspection by the partners and during the normal working hours of the travel partners
We will do everything possible to keep the customer safe during the tour, but parts of each tour can be a little risky. That they should always use caution and good judgment to protect both their safety and the safety of other tourists. Prior to departure, clients should be prepared to accept the “Waiver of Liability” forms from all clients.
20. Wildlife Safaris cancellation
In the event that a wildlife safari is canceled due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or the closure of a national park however, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
