Itinerary

1. Ahmedabad – Statue of Unity: Upon arrival in Ahmedabad, you’ll be greeted by our tour representative. After checking in at your hotel, you’ll visit the famous Statue of Unity.
2. Ahmedabad – Dwarka via Jamnagar: Travel to Dwarka via Jamnagar.
3. Dwarka – Beyt Dwarka – Dwarka: Explore Beyt Dwarka and return to Dwarka.
4. Dwarka – Somnath via Porbandar: Journey to Somnath via Porbandar.
5. Somnath – Diu: Explore Somnath and proceed to Diu.
6. Diu Sightseeing: Discover the beauty of Diu.
7. Diu – Gir – Ahmedabad: Visit Gir and return to Ahmedabad.

Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad and Statue of Unity

• Upon arrival in Ahmedabad, you’ll head to Kevadia (about 200 km away) to visit the Sardar Sarovar Dam, Valley Flower, and the Statue of Unity.
• Enjoy a Jungle Safari and an evening Laser show.
• Overnight stay in Kevadia.

Day 2: Statue of Unity to Bhavnagar

• Drive approximately 300 km to Bhavnagar.
• Explore Khodiyar Mandir, Takhteshwar Temple, BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir (Aksharwadi Temple), and Shri Adishwar Temple.
• Overnight stay in Bhavnagar.

Day 3: Bhavnagar to Sasangir

• Proceed about 250 km to Sasangir.
• Note that Gir National Park is closed from June 15th to October 15th. During this time, you’ll visit Devalia Park at Sasangir.
• Sasangir is home to around 300 Asiatic Lions, and it’s the only place outside Africa where lions can be seen in their natural habitat.
• Explore the sanctuary and its diverse wildlife, including leopards, deer, antelopes, and various bird species.
• Overnight stay in Sasangir.

Day 4: Sasangir to Diu

• Drive approximately 120 km to Diu.
• Diu offers a beautiful blend of sun, sand, and sea.
• Visit St. Paul’s Church, Diu Fort, and explore the markets.
• The fort, with its giant lighthouse, provides stunning views of the sea.
• Overnight stay in Diu.

Day 5: Diu to Somnath

• Drive about 120 km to Somnath.
• Visit Bhalika Tirth and Triveni Ghat.
• Witness the Aarti Darshan at the Somnath Temple, a Jyotirling dedicated to Lord Shiva.
• Enjoy the lighting and sounding show.
• Overnight stay in Somnath.

Day 6: Somnath to Dwarka via Porbandar

• Proceed about 250 km to Porbandar.
• Explore Kirti Temple, associated with Mahatma Gandhi, and visit the Gandhi Museum.
• Continue to Sudama Temple.
• Later, drive to Dwarka and visit the Lords Dwarkadhish Temple.
• Attend the evening Aarti Darshan at the temple.
• Overnight stay in Dwarka.

Day 7: Dwarka to Ahmedabad Departure

• Drive approximately 450 km back to Ahmedabad.
• Transfer to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.

• Breakfast only and all meals at Sasangir.
• All transfers, sightseeing, and intercity travel using an A/C vehicle (subject to the number of passengers traveling together) as per the tour itinerary.
