Embark on a captivating journey spanning 4 nights and 5 days, commencing and culminating at the NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport. Traverse through the picturesque landscapes from Gangtok to Lachung and Yumthang Valley, immersing yourself in the natural wonders of Sikkim.
{Exclusions}
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, you will be provided with a hassle-free transfer to Gangtok.
In Gangtok, you can expect picturesque views of the Teesta River, leisurely strolls along MG Marg, opportunities to collect souvenirs, and indulgence in authentic Sikkimese cuisine.
The excursion tour includes visits to Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake), Baba Mandir, and, depending on the day, Nathula Pass. These sites offer stunning natural beauty and significant cultural and historical importance.
The cost to visit Nathula Pass is dynamic and varies according to the season. It ranges from 4000/- to 9000/- and needs to be paid on-site. Note that Nathula Pass is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The journey to Lachung offers scenic views of Chungthang town, the confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu rivers, and several waterfalls such as Bhim Nala, Naga Falls, and Twin Falls. You may also visit the holy rock at Chungthang.
In Lachung, you can enjoy the serene mountainous surroundings, savor delicious meals, and experience the local culture.
Yumthang Valley, also known as Sikkim’s Valley of Flowers, offers breathtaking views of colorful alpine flowers, including primulas and rhododendrons. You will also have the opportunity to visit the hot springs, known for their medicinal properties.+
