Day 1: Guwahati to Shillong

• Arrive at Guwahati airport or railway station.
• Drive to Shillong, the “Abode of Clouds.”
• En route, marvel at rolling hills and verdant valleys.
• Stop at Umiam Lake for its beatific surroundings.
• Check in at your hotel in Shillong.
• Visit Ward’s Lake and Cathedral of Mary’s Help for the Christians.
• Enjoy a leisurely evening at the hotel.

Day 2: Explore Shillong

• After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji.
• En route, visit Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls, and Mawdak valley.
• Continue to Cherrapunji to see Seven Sister’s Falls and Dainthlen Falls.
• Post lunch, explore Arwah Cave and Mawsmai Cave.
• Check in and stay overnight in Cherrapunji.

Day 3: Cherrapunji – Dawki – Mawlynnong – Shillong

• After breakfast, head to Dawki, a town on the India-Bangladesh border.
• Witness the famous suspension bridge over the Umngot River.
• Take a boat ride on the crystal-clear river.
• Visit Asia’s cleanest village, Mawlynnong, and be inspired by the local lifestyle.
• Post lunch, explore Riwai village and the Single Decker Living Root Bridge.
• Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Shillong – Mawsynram – Shillong

• Drive to Mawsynram after breakfast.
• Explore Mawsynram cave, known for its naturally formed Shiva Linga.
• Visit Mawphlang sacred forest, Mawphlang Dam, and Jakrem hot water spring.
• Enjoy lunch en route.
• Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Shillong – Guwahati Airport/Railway Station – Departure

• After breakfast, check out from your hotel.
• Visit the revered Maa Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati.
• Witness the grandeur of this temple, a revered Siddhi Peetha in India.
• Continue to Guwahati airport or railway station for your onward journey
