Day 1: Journey from Guwahati to Bomdila Start your adventure from Guwahati, driving through the verdant tea gardens of Tezpur in Assam. Continue your journey to Bhalukpong in Arunachal Pradesh, and take in the scenic beauty of the Boroli River on your way to Tipi. Don’t miss the Orchid breeding centre in Tipi, home to 7500 orchids. Conclude your day with an overnight stay in Bomdila.
Day 2: Travel from Bomdila to Tawang Embark on your journey from Bomdila towards the Sela Pass, standing at a majestic height of 13,714ft. En route, visit the Gompa (Buddhist monastery) and Dirang Basti, a Dirang Monpa tribal village. Take a moment to appreciate the serene Paradise lake before reaching Tawang for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Explore Tawang Spend the entire day sightseeing in Tawang. Visit the Tawang Monastery, a 400-year-old structure that is the second oldest monastery after Lhasa. Pay your respects at the Tawang War Memorial, dedicated to the martyrs of the Sino-India war of 1962. Stay overnight in Tawang.
Day 4: Return to Bomdila from Tawang Travel back to Bomdila. On your way, stop by Jawsant Ghar, the home of Jaswant Singh, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Sino-India war. Spend the night in Bomdila.
Day 5: Journey from Bomdila to Kaziranga National Park Head towards Kaziranga National Park from Bomdila. You have the rest of the day to explore the park on your own. You may opt for another Jeep Safari in the afternoon. Stay overnight at Kaziranga.
Day 6: Discover Kaziranga Spend the whole day sightseeing at Kaziranga. Embark on an Elephant safari and a Jeep safari. Enjoy the evening at leisure in your hotel. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Day 7: Return to Guwahati from Kaziranga Conclude your tour as you travel back from Kaziranga to Guwahati. Tour Ends.
